I just wanted o drop you a line and let you know about my experiance. I recenty bought some Motor Fist snowmobile gear from your eBay store. I first talked with Adam because I required a different size than what was on the listing. He was very helpfull and answered all my questions. I thought things over and decided to make the purchase, so I called back to talk with Adam, he was in a meeting but a very willing Dallen assisted me. He was very responsive and helpfull. To expidite things he even gave me his personal cell phone number. Hang onto him if you can, he's an valuable part of your team.
In summary Great price, great service, a true pleasure. Looks like I'll consider purchasing my next snowmobile from Rexburg, even though I live in Helena, MT. Thanks again for the great service.

"The sales and service staff have always been friendly and provide a comfortable atmosphere. No pressure sales and knowlegable staff make it a pleasure to do business. Everyone treats you like a friend when you get to know the people in the store. Very accomodating and work hard to meet your needs. I have been in many dealerships and this one is at the top of the list. Always offering promotions and sponsering events is a bonus. Employees get involved in rides with customers and always treat you with respect. I have heard people talk about going into the store and not having a saleman in sight, that attests more to the personal service they are offering thier customers and how busy they are giving their best to help out. Its worth the time to check out thier stock and selections of merchandise. Keep up the god work!!!! "

"Everyone at RMS has always treated us extremely well. Every time we come in everyone is genuinely happy to see us. Each time we come in to make a purchase your sales, service and parts people have always been kind and courteous. In fact I really like that when I go to parts to get something they are always aware of what else I may need to complete the job. That sure has saved me a lot of time driving back and forth!

"I would like to thank Chris and Rory for staying late on July 20, 2009. We had called them from Yellowstone National Park in need of tires. It took us some time to get out of there and find your location. Those two went to work on the bike as soon as we arrived around 7 o'clock and had us out within an hour with two new tires. These two went out of their way to help a person in need. They are professional and know how to make a couple from Texas feel at home. You have two great employees and if I'm ever in your area again I will come by and thank them again. They saved us from having to put our vacation on hold. Thank You"
